RETURNS - WRONG ITEM/DAMAGED ITEM

RETURN from Germany, EU countries, Switzerland and Norway
For orders from EU countries, from Switzerland and Norway, the customer may return or exchange most new and unworn items within 30 days of receipt of package for a full refund.
The postage for the delivery will not be refunded.
Items should be returned in their original product packaging. The customer must pay for the return shipping costs. A full refund will only be made if the return is received by PK Handelswaren GmbH within the return policy window stated.
Within 30 days of delivery, exchanges may be made for items equal to or less than the value of the original purchase price. Apparel will not be refunded or exchanged if washed or worn.
